Returns & Refunds Policy

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers have the right to return items if they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

In addition, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their item.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused
• Items must be in their original condition
• Items must include original tags and packaging

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
